Q. What is the delivery time?
A. We are normally able to deliver your order within 10-14 working days.
Q. I need my products very soon – do you offer rush service?
A. Yes, we do offer rush service on some products. Please contact us for rush enquiries.
Q. How do you ship the goods?
A. We send by standard courier such as City Link, or if urgent by same day courier. We can also send your choice of courier.
Q. What are the available sizes for your USB disks?
A. We can deliver the following sizes: 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, 2GB, 4 GB
Q. How much data can a USB Company memory stick hold?
A. The following is a reference on the capacities available and how they could be used.
64 MB (1200 pages of text, 40 photos and 4 MP3 music files)
128 MB (2400 pages of text, 80 photos and 8 MP3 music files)
256 MB (4800 pages of text, 160 photos and 16 MP3 music files)
512 MB (9600 pages of text, 320 photos and 32 MP3 music files)
1 GB (20000 pages of text, 640 photos and 64 MP3 music files)
2 GB (over 40000 pages of text, 1200 photos and 128 MP3 music files)
Q. What type of printing do you offer?
A. We can customise using the following print techniques: Laser engraving, silk screen printing and Tempo print.
Q. What’s the minimum order for customised packaging?
A. We can provide customised packaging from as low as 200 pcs (printed logo on EVA box), and starting from 500 pieces we can customise design and shape according to your requirements.
Q. What’s the minimum order for printing logo on the lanyards?
A. Logo printed lanyards are available from 300 pieces.
Q. Do you offer any warranty?
A. Yes we have 12 months manufacturer warranty on all our products.
Q. What is USB?
A. USB (Universal Serial Bus) is a standardized bus interface to connect peripheral devices to a Host Computer.
Q. Will your USB products work with any computer?
A. USB Company products are based on the USB standard and operate with all PCs and Macs and devices with a USB port and running Windows ME or later or Mac OS 8.6 or later. (USB drivers are also available for Windows 98, Windows 98 SE and Windows NT)
Q. What is the minimum order QTY?
A. The minimum order qty is 50 pieces for USB stick and 100 pieces for USB mouse and USB hub.

Can you email out a price list for each usb, plus cost of adding logo/brand? This will be far simpler than having to go through the process of getting a quote on each individual product. Thank you.

Hello, I tried to get a quote but the website is insistant on my having a phone number! I don’t have a business one, and do my communication via email. Could I have a quote for 100 pendrives (customised with a department logo)? Thank you.

Thanks for your comment, we respond as follows:
1. A price list would be easier we agree, however with the nature of this industry the flash prices keep changing weekly and with different price for each casing and qty it is very difficult to publish price lists. We strive to get back to all out clients same day with their quote requests.
2. Yes we can do customised shaped USB’s from 250pcs upwards you can have any shape you want.
