Preparing Artwork

Art Work - Our printer requires Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Photoshop (.EPS) vector files in order to proof and correctly print your order. If your logo is provided in this format we can provide a graphic illustration proof within 1-2 business days.

Getting the artwork correct, right from the start will save time later. If you are not able to produce your logo in the required format for printing, let us know and we'll help with this stage.

PMS Colors - PMS (Pantone Matching System) is a universal standard for colour matching used to get the correct colour match. Make sure to furnish PMS numbers and our printer will match all colours as closely as possible. If you are unsure about your PMS numbers please check with your graphic designer to view an actual PMS Colour Formula Book.

Production and Delivery

Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping. If you require custom packaging, we can offer that for orders of 500pcs and above. Shipping quotes for remote destinations are available on request.

The process is very simple. After choosing the product and providing us with your logo artwork, we will send you back a visual of your chosen product with your company logo. Once the proof is approved and payment received we will start production. Production time is between 5 - 10 days plus shipping.

For the orders that require custom-made packaging, total turnaround time will be a bit longer.

Payment Terms

All orders are required to be paid for in full prior to production, unless otherwise agreed.
