Hi i am a builder and i have orderd over 20 t-shirts,post cards, buiseness cards, letterheads, envelopes, stamps ,etc. Ive been a vista print customer for nearly 5 years ive had 2 websites one of which i am still using.I find them value for money! unbelievably cheap and good quality. They have a great customer service and i have recomende them to several people. I believe vista print is an asset to any small buiseness. I pay for everything using a pre-pay mastercard, the reason for this is anyone with any sense would'nt use a credit or debit card on the internet! I personaly believe if you have been scam'd it was probably by the company promoting vista print and not vistaprint them self. Allso if you dont know how to fill out a form then who's thought is that? if you dont read the small print then why whine about it now! Surely most of you complaining did not take the propper precautions when making a purchase on the web.Vistaprint offer a great service and i would promote them to everyone! unfortunatly i believe others use vista prints great offers to exploit the unsuspecting. So a lesson well learned to you all! dont use your credit or debit cards online when paypal or pre-pay cards are available. I sympathise with those who have been scammed but to discredit a very good company is not acceptable.

Can anyone help? Highcreditscore.co.uk have been taking £19.95 from my account for a service I have never asked for or used. I rang them to ask them why they were taking this money from my account as I have never heard from them. They informed me that in October 2010 I have registered for membership and they were entitled to take £19.95 out of my account each month. I was completely baffled. They had my old address and my card details but a completely made up email address that I have never heard of. I expressed to them that maybe I had been a victim of fraud as I have never been on to their website or asked for a credit check. They basically said that they could do nothing - even though when they looked at their system they could see that I had never activated my account. They maintained that they were still completely within their rights to have taken the money - now over £120 from me and were not prepared to give me a refund. Is there anything I can do??

Just found out that I have been paying 2x £9.95 a month since 2008 and now it is £15.95 and £13.95!!
Both VPREWARDS.COM and CLUBPREM.COM.
I have just used the steps explained (admin
July 2, 2008 at 2:05 pm) and contacted Adaptive Affinity who are refunding me 6 months of the fraud.
I then called Santander who say they know it is not a Standing Order or Direct Debit but they have my card details so they can doi what they want!! I need to wait 30 days to get a refund/letter and if not I need to send them all correspondence and they will take it forward.
I have just filled out the online cancellation form above and called Adaptive again to get a Reference Number for the cancellation and the name of the representative I have spoken to
.
NOTE TO SELF : CONSTANTLY CHECK THROUGH ALL BANK STATEMENTS: I always have just overlooked these blasted debits!

Thank heavens for this blog!!!

I tried to get my credit report for free yesterday but having read all this i noticed the site has the same address as the others i.e PO BOX 587 Edgeware Rd and when i tried to access my report it was asking for my details again and i couldn't get my report. I have just phoned my bank and had to cancel my card which can take up tp 10 days to arrive and i am going to inform EVEYONE on my facebook not to use any sites with this address. This has been a lucky escape for me and i'm sorry to hear all your stories about these websites that con all this money and sit back and make millions.

I brought some business cards from vistaprint in 2008 for £9.95 and i have just noticed that they are still taking money from my account, which has gone up to £13.95 The total amount they have debited from my bank account adds up to over £400.
I cancelled my so called account with them and they have taken out another payment today 25th oct 2010.
How can i get my money back and stop this scam which now i think is fraudulent.

Highcreditscore.co and Rewardsnow.co.uk are taking £19.36 and £19.95 out of my account I have tried to cancel this via the bank but they tell me I have to deal with it due to the company having my debit card details. This all due to applying for a free credit check this has been going on for sometime. My son and daughter have been treated the same this bloody company is taking not short of £80 a month off us all. When attempting to google Highcreditscore.co the company does not come up. Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated. Looking at the comments left this has been going on for some considerable time is anyone official handling this .
