Highcreditscore.co and Rewardsnow.co.uk are taking £19.36 and £19.95 out of my account I have tried to cancel this via the bank but they tell me I have to deal with it due to the company having my debit card details. This all due to applying for a free credit check this has been going on for sometime. My son and daughter have been treated the same this bloody company is taking not short of £80 a month off us all. When attempting to google Highcreditscore.co the company does not come up. Any advise on this would be greatly appreciated. Looking at the comments left this has been going on for some considerable time is anyone official handling this . COMMENTS WOULD BE GREATFULLY APPRECIATED ASAP.

VISTAPRINT do offer some very good products, especially for charities. BUT you can\'t order more than 4 items or else you pay for them, then choose the cheapest delivery possible and that, plus VAT and that will be all you\'ll pay.

HOWEVER, following my dis-satisfaction with VISTAPRINT last year, THEY offered and I accepted via email, a refund of £147.20, as a \'gesture of good will\'. Needless to say, 8 months on, even with email proof of the agreed refund, and God knows how many email requests for the refund, I still don\'t have it. I now feel that they owe me compensation for waiting 8 months for a refund of my own - not our charity\'s - money, because I\'ve refused to order any more products from them until I have my refund.

Unfortunately, I desperately needed to re-order some products yesterday and even THAT was totally messed up by Vistaprint and they tried to charge me for something I didn\'t order - again! The balance between products available is NOT equalled by customer care.

Take my advice, stay clear of them.

Damage Resulting
I\'ve used VISTAPRINT to design many, many publicity items for the animal charity I work for. But they constantly add-on \'extra\' items, even when you\'ve declined their inclusion.

The limit of 4 items for free is written in a very small font and coloured in light grey and is therefore very difficult to see. I didn\'t spot this detail as I have a filter screen, and ran up a large bill that I\'ve paid for from my own pocket. I\'m disabled and unable to work any longer, so the callous way VISTAPRINT squeeze money out of customers is shameful, but they have no morals or principles towards helping charities, unless it\'s to con money out of you.

Unfortunately, despite trying, I\'ve not yet found another company that offers similar publicity items for free, so I\'m stuck with them, still no refund and dependent on them for products to help our charity. I'm caught by a totally unscrupulous, deceptive \'company\'.
DON'T TOUCH THEM.

Vista Scam, we the people

I have been trying to post a comment on your Vista blog, I cant seem to post it and it is frustrating me, I have a lot of information that will benefit those and have linked to templates to make an official complaint. Please can you some how get this message accross, thanks

I was about to place my order when all of a sudden my original £8.99 for 250 business cards managed to more than triple to £36.99, I had a bad feeling about this company and dislike the way the order process has been set out, like a booby trap.

They have false advertising all over the place, low price guarantee, luring prices to suck you in, the VAT should be included out of good will, this is so 1980's.

However people, do not despair, your credit/debit card company "must" by law stop and reverse the charges. Explain that you have no idea what or who it is, and therefor would like this action to take place. If they refuse then ask them for a fraud complaint, if they refuse again tell them you want your money out of the account and for it to be closed. I assure you it will not go this far.

Before you get irrational just believe in Karma, this corrupt company will get what is coming to them, its just one of the laws of the universe. Refrain from swearing at them, DO NOT phone them as they will be making money and pissing you off.
Just do one simple thing visit this site http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/after_you_buy/making-complaint/template-letters/ , and use the template letters. Send the letter recorded delivery and keep the slip, once you have sent the letter you can also show this to your Bank. I assure you that you will be successful, its the law.
End the letter as follows: Authorized Representative: Johnny: Doe
No need to sign the letter, I hope these templates come in handy. I have been very successful with other complaints, they have a tendency to push the masses to see how far they can go, then the second you square up to them they back down.

What they are doing is unlawful, it might be legal but its certainly not lawful. There is a big difference with these words and they mean totally different things, either way you have not consented to have these charges, you don't want them and have not received any service from them whatsoever, so what are they charging you for? Its a brutal scam.

Stay Positive

<b>Don't buy a photobook from Vistaprint</b>

1) You are not dealing with Vistaprint you are dealing with photobooks, an apparently separate organisation so ..

a) Any offer made by vVstaprint does not seem binding on photobooks

b) Any account you have with vistaprint does not work with photobooks, so when you contact vistaprint, the people you thought you were dealing with, your order will not be on their system. You have to create a second account.

2) Any advice offered by Customer services cannot be relied on
I bought a photobook at an offer price and was charged full price.

I noticed the error before purchase, sought advice, and was told we will refund the difference, so I went ahead. I had to send multiple emails to try to get the refund and was offer a voucher for the disputed amount. The voucher however was for future purchases and CANNOT be applied to the photobook. As I have no intention of buying off them again it doesn't help much.

3) Dispute resolution is non existent
All they do is tell you where you have gone wrong and how thier system can't refund your money. As soon as you have a dispute the resolution is long, painful and ultimately pointless.

I must have sent 20 emails over a 2 month period and I still no further forward

My advice

1) Don't believe the price you are quoted, it might or might not be honoured

2) Try Kodak for your photobooks

Andrew Millet, is this the same Andrew Millet who owns wisteria account; wisteria chartered accounts? I do believe that this is the same Andrew Millet; as both Adaptive Affinity in it's many guises, Highstreetmax (high street max, Premierclub (premier club) etc as they all appear to operate from the same premises based in Edgware. The Cavendish house offices (Adaptive Affinity Ltd, Wisteria chartered Accountant Ltd
Cavendish House
369 Burnt Oak Broadway
Edgware Middlesex
HA8 5AW)I know that this is a large office block with many companies in the building, but it seems like too much of a coincidence that the directors of both wisteria chartered accounts and Adaptive Affinity Ltd would have the same name, and operate out of the same building!

How many other business does Andrew Millet run? How many other business is Andrew Millet a director of?

If Andrew Millet is an accountant as well as everything people online are accussing him of,are small businesses really in good hands? Andrew Millet offers advice on business plans and financial controls. Does he also offer advise on shafting people aswell?

I'm just guessing as I don't know anything for sure, but I think that this man and his business interests are worth investigating further.
until then Small business in need of a local accountancy firm, beware of Wisteria chartered accountant in Edgware they my be linked to Adaptive Affinty!

Hi, I first posted on October 8th and I now post with good news.

Cumbria Trading Standards have constantly been in contact with Vista Print on my behalf to request a refund of the full amount.

I received this refund on my last Credit Card statement, which just goes to show that if you do something you will get results and the more people who tell trading standards the more awareness of the issue they will have.

Good luck to all others stung by Vista Print.
